We host just ONE event per day. We specialize in small weddings with guests up to 50-60 people. (We will be expanding to hold 100 guests soon). When you rent our space, you get the entire Inn. We will have no other guests during your wedding. The fee includes the rental of all 5 rooms, the venue fee, a facility coordinator for the day of the wedding for 5 hours to cover setup with all the vendors, and includes a 3 course breakfast in the morning for the people in the 5 rooms.
The price for 1 night stay is $ 3,900; for a 2 night stay is $ 5,400; and for a 3 night stay is $6,900. A deposit of $2,000 is required at the signing of the Wedding Contract to secure the date with us and the rooms. The deposit is refundable if you cancel 60 days prior to the event. If less than 60 days, the deposit is forfeited. The balance of the fee is due at check-in. Our Check-in starts at noon.
We have on-site parking for 25+ cars (and will be adding room for an additional 25 soon). We have a common area that will hold 50-60 people. We are adding a tent outside to give additional space (soon). In the meantime, you can rent a tent of your liking to use. The guests will need to use a bathroom in one of the lower rooms. We will be adding 2 additional bathrooms in the future (so depending on your date, they may be here). We have no restriction on the type of music or who plays it, but it must end by 11 p.m. You can bring alcohol, but there is no smoking inside our building or tent. We will show you our designated smoking area outside.
We have a preferred list of vendors. You can use from our list or pick your own vendors. You will need to rent your own linens, tables, chairs, silverware. We do not provide them. You will be responsible for setup and tearing down on the day of the wedding. The check-out time is 11 a.m. the following day, unless you also book the Inn for day following the wedding.
We are handicapped accessible. You can use candles as long as they are enclosed in glass and the flame is below the glass. Vendors can possibly bring items the day before, with prior approval. We can move some of our décor so you can decorate for your special theme. We want to work with you to make your day special. Call for an appointment today so we can meet and discuss your special day.
