Antietam Overlook Farm Fall and Winter Classes

Coming the Spring of 2015, Antietam Overlook Farm will be holding “Classes at the Inn”. We will be teaching classes at the Inn from September through December on a variety of subjects including:

– Preparing our Antietam Overlook Farm breakfast
– Baking cookies, cakes, muffins
– Making Candy
– Canning – pickles, jams, spaghetti sauce, etc.
– Baking bread and rolls from scratch
– Homemade Pizza crust from scratch
– Homemade soups
– Easy wine making
